The new development environment is up and running. This will allow me to start work on the new architecture for FYS. The original code is a single program that runs locally on a host. In the future, FYS will be in a client/server architecture. The client portion will operate the end user interface and it will look the same as the current standalone version. The server, on the other hand, will generate the bulk of the live data and make it available to a client app. This will allow many client instances to connect to the server as a single point of data source.
