This release fixes an issue with Mac OSX opening browser links from FYS-App. Now that I have access to a Mac, I am able to find issues like this and take corrective action.
Starting with FYS-7.9, the release includes scripts to update the application in a very easy way. In Windows use the File Explorer to navigate to the fys-app folder and simply double-click on update-fys.bat. This will download and install the latest version of FYS-App. The next time your run the app you will have a new version.
In Linux and OSX, you can update the application from a Terminal, by executing the following commands:
cd <to-your-fys-app-folder>
sh update-fys.sh
Where <to-your-fys-app-folder> is the folder where you installed FYS-App. The next time you run FYS-App, you will have the latest version.
